Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Shop Pay Installments may also be available at checkout, letting you spread payments over time — ideal for higher-ticket purchases like saunas.
Can I get a custom quote for a bulk or commercial order? Yes. For commercial orders, wellness centers, or multi-unit purchases, contact us at info@lionstoneenterprises.com and we'll prepare a detailed proposal. Once approved, you'll receive an invoice with payment instructions.
How do I cancel an order? Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven't yet shipped. Email edgerecovery@lionstoneenterprises.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take? Shipping timelines vary by product and location. Standard items typically ship within 3–7 business days. Oversized items such as saunas ship via freight and may take 7–14 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. For freight-delivered items like saunas, curbside delivery is included. If you need inside delivery or installation, contact us for a quote.
How are saunas delivered? Saunas ship via freight carrier and are delivered curbside — the driver will bring the pallet to the edge of your property. You'll be responsible for moving the item from that point. If you'd like inside delivery or professional installation, contact us directly before placing your order and we can arrange it.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can also track your order anytime via the Track Order page on our website.
Do you ship internationally? Our primary shipping coverage is the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at edgerecovery@lionstoneenterprises.com
to discuss availability, shipping costs, and any applicable customs or import duties.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned due to defect or damage are eligible for a full refund with no fees, and we cover return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at edgerecovery@lionstoneenterprises.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos. We'll review your claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Can I exchange my item for a different product? Yes. Contact us to initiate an exchange the same way you would a return. Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we'll ship the replacement. Price differences are charged or refunded accordingly.

What's the difference between infrared and traditional saunas? Traditional saunas heat the air around you to high temperatures (150–195°F), while infrared saunas use infrared light to heat your body directly at lower ambient temperatures (120–150°F). Infrared saunas are generally more energy-efficient, easier to install, and tolerated better by people who find high heat uncomfortable — while still delivering comparable benefits for relaxation and muscle recovery.
What are the health benefits of cold plunge therapy? Cold plunge (cold water immersion) is widely used for muscle recovery, reducing inflammation, and improving circulation. Many users also report improved mood, increased energy, and better sleep. When combined with sauna sessions (contrast therapy), the alternating heat and cold can amplify recovery benefits significantly.
Do your saunas require professional installation? Our infrared saunas are designed for straightforward home setup and typically don't require a licensed contractor. They plug into a standard electrical outlet. Outdoor saunas may require a dedicated circuit — we recommend consulting a licensed electrician. If you'd like professional installation, contact us and we can coordinate that service.
What electrical requirements do the saunas have? Requirements vary by model. Most of our infrared saunas operate on standard 120V household outlets. Larger models and outdoor saunas may require a 240V dedicated circuit. Specific electrical specs are listed on each product page — if you have questions about your home's setup, consult a licensed electrician before ordering.
